Shipping policy

COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are verified for authenticity - if we have any doubts about the address mentioned in your order, we will call to confirm. Only verified phone and verified address orders will be shipped.

If an order is flagged as High Risk by our system, we hold the right to cancel the order and stop shipment. We would request the customer to convert the order to Pre-paid.

In case of COD transactions, there would be shipping charges levied for returns.

Order Processing Time: 1 day

Shipping Time: 3-4 days (depending on the delivery pincode)

We ship 90% of our orders within 24 hours, and all verified orders are shipped within 48 hours. We do not ship on Sundays. 

All our orders are shipped via major courier networks, so you can expect your order to arrive within 3-4 days after processing.
